THE ROLE
While your technical know-how in fixing HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and so forth is important to serving in our communities, it is the dedication to achieving this in order to demonstrate that service that defines this position differently in our communities, then in other locations. That is the principal reason that we are seeking a Maintenance Tech.

Our Maintenance Technician is an essential member of our team and serves in our front-line of people devoted to driving our commitment to service for our residents.

The Maintenance Technician will facilitate our vision to create a quality of life for all involved, including the people on your Team, your Members, our company, and our investors. You will do this by responding to the requests of our residents to provide our services designed to enhance our Member’s quality of life.

YOU ARE…
A qualified candidate if you have no less than a high school diploma, or equivalent (GED), no experience necessary, just a willingness to learn. We will train you. A commitment to recognizing that just enough is never enough. Proficiency with computers, operational programs and recognize that Community Service is a responsibility that does not recognize weekends and holidays.
