We are currently looking for a skilled Business Developer with a focus on marketing and lead generation as our current Business Developer is going on parental leave. This is a full-time (100%), 1-year fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, with a start date of February 24, 2025, and an end date of April 10, 2026. The workplace for this role is Malmö and surrounding areas.
About the role
As a Business Developer at Devoteam in Malmö, you will drive growth by creating and implementing marketing strategies and activities related to lead generation for Devoteam Creative Tech in Malmö and Halmstad. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, generate leads, and increase Devoteam's market visibility.
What we expect from you:
Drive and execute marketing activities: You will be responsible for driving and executing marketing activities in line with Devoteam's marketing plan. This includes developing concepts, when needed, to achieve goals.
Select appropriate marketing channels: We have a continuous presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and our own website. You will identify target audiences, select appropriate marketing channels, and create engaging content.
Generate leads: You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, such as digital marketing, prospecting, and events. You will also participate in customer meetings to qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team.
Increase brand awareness: You will work to increase Devoteam's brand awareness and strengthen the company's position as a leading player in digital transformation.
Collaborate with the sales team & team leader: You will work closely with the sales team and team leader to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with their needs.
Develop a new marketing plan for 2026: Around the turn of the year, we need to evaluate the past year and develop a new marketing plan together with the sales team.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in marketing and lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Experience in organizing events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
