Mobile Recruitment Associate (Cebu, Mambaling Branch)

NOTE: CAN START ASAP, URGENTLY HIRING! PURE FIELD WORK, REQUIRED TO HAVE SALES FIELD WORK, RECRUITING CLIENTS. TRY TO ENDORSE HIGHSCHOOL GRAD.

• Provide excellent customer to both borrowers and loan consultants.
• Develop the recruited Loan Consultants by conducting training and policy updates.
• Monitoring of Loan Consultants endorsement up to accounts releases.
• Achieve the set target by Regional Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years in college/College Graduate of any Business course.
• Must have a working experience in lending/financing/sales and recruiting clients.
• Customer Service oriented with pleasing personality.
• With own motorcycle & license.
• With Allowance
• Willing to do field work.
• Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,500.00 per month
