Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a, Night Auditor to join the team in it's unique four star hotel.
You will report to the Front Office Manager and Night Manager, To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalized welcome to Temple Bar Hotel, setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned. Complete administrative tasks accurately and within given deadlines. Be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests overnight.
A Night Auditor will be responsible for:
- Performing end-of-day financial reconciliation, processing payments, and balancing accounts.
- Handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.
- Conducting regular security checks, ensuring guest safety, and addressing any overnight incidents.
- Generating daily reports, updating occupancy records, and preparing handovers for the morning team.
- Monitoring hotel operations during the night, assisting with light cleaning duties, and ensuring a smooth overnight experience.
To be successful in the role of Night Auditor we require:
- A friendly and professional approach to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A collaborative attitude to work efficiently with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling financial reconciliations and maintaining high service standards.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
