Office Assistant Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
