Job Title: Order Processing & Admin Assistant
Location: On-Site, Raheen, Limerick

Job Type: Part-time / Permanent – 25 hours (5 hours per day, Mon–Fri), with potential to increase hours over time

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing & Admin Assistant to join our busy team. This role is primarily focused on processing customer bulk orders, ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination from order placement through to fulfilment, while also supporting general administrative tasks and occasional online orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing customer bulk orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing order details, amendments, and updates
  • Liaising with customers to confirm order requirements and resolve queries
  • Using Microsoft Outlook to manage communications, track correspondence, and maintain organised inbox workflow
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time
  • Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
  • Assisting with online orders when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative or order processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong Excel skills (essential), including working with spreadsheets and data
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email and task management
  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred
  • Previous admin or order processing experience is an advantage
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in processes and systems
