Role Description

Job Title: Product Design Intern

Team: Product & Design

Division: Innovation and Technology

Internship Hours: Minimum of 480 hours

Work Location: Shaw, Mandaluyong

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Design Intern to support our design team in crafting user-centered interfaces for enterprise applications. In this intern-level role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs that enhance user experiences and align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to refine designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible.
• Maintain and update design system components to ensure consistency across products.
• Document design iterations and provide rationale for key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (students in their final year are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in design tools (preferred Figma).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and user-centric thinking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong
