Recruitment Associate - Alorica Lipa Batangas Site

The Recruitment Associate plays a key role in finding talent to fill the staffing requirements of the organization. The role is primarily focused on two key areas: Interviewing and Account Management.

1. Interviewing

  • Attend job fairs, career events, and conduct on-campus recruiting to generate a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit for open roles
  • Conduct in-person and video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and potential for success
  • Manage an engaging, informative application process to provide all candidates with a positive experience
  • Build rapport with candidates to learn about their backgrounds and goals
  • Guide candidates professionally through each step of the process with timely communication
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all candidate interactions in our ATS
  • Analyze hiring metrics and trends to identify opportunities to enhance our sourcing strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, supporting Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders throughout the process

2. Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match client specifications.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high level of engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and negotiations to ensure successful placements.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage a high-volume of candidate interactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter passionate about helping our organization find top talent.

Work location: Alorica Lipa, SM City Lipa Batangas
Schedule: 10am to 7pm MLA, Mondays to Fridays

Additional Remarks:

- We're seeking a passionate individual who is eager to help others, open to learning and growth, and flexible with working overtime as needed. This includes the potential for daily overtime and occasional weekend work (Saturdays) when required.

- We're also seeking for someone who loves to solve problem and can work under minimal supervision.

- Relevant experience and/or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15,500.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
