JOB QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.

· At least 1 - 2 year working experience in the same field.

· Good communication skills.

· Has good interpersonal skills and people-oriented.

· Must be highly organized and flexible

· Experience and knowledge as HR Generalist is a plus factor.

· Can start immediately,

RESPONSBILITIES:

· Recruits, interviews, administer recruitment exams, conducts background checking and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

· Process the onboarding of new employees, Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

· Timely process and submits Timekeeping Reports.

· Assist in processing of Employee Government Report and related transactions.

· Assists in preparation and implementation of Employee Engagement activities.

· Reports new hires to SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth.

· Prepares monthly SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig remittance documentation.

· Assist in preparation and processing of permits (Business Permit, BIR, DOLE etc) for renewal and certificates needed for Accreditation.

· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

· Prepares and submits accurate reports on time

· Maintain the 201 files of all employees and ensure that all information is updated in the employees' data base.

· Processing entrance and exit of the employees.

· Plans and executes engagement activities

· Assisting queries and concerns of the employees.

· Perform other duties as assigned

Work Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
