Recruitment Associate/Hr Coordinator

Position Summary

The Recruitment Associate/HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management. This role involves recruitment support, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and offer letters.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation and training.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
  • Process contracts, employment agreements, and personnel documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address inquiries.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary adjustments, deductions, and benefits disbursement.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Track training programs and employee progress.
  • Assist in developing career growth initiatives.

6. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR reports on hiring, turnover, and employee engagement.
  • Track key HR metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
