About this role

As Regional Finance Lead, you’ll analyze P&L for specific territories, reporting to the Regional FD with updated KPIs and economics, focusing on margin trajectories against targets. You’ll oversee Budget/Forecasts from Country Finance Leads, flagging major risks or opportunities and providing quick analyses to mitigate risks or improve margins.
You’ll assist Country Finance Leads in preparing consistent reports, sharing best practices, and aligning priorities. Monitoring performance against company strategy, you’ll evaluate new initiatives in the territories and support the Regional FD and local teams with analyses, business plans, and scenarios.

Hybrid - 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office and 2 days working from home.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Support the Regional Finance Director, local management, and finance teams, focusing on operations and staff.
• Take ownership of maintaining and ensuring the reliability of the Rolling Forecast, flagging risks and opportunities to mitigate material deviations from targets.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing performance insights to the Regional FD and local management, identifying issues, driving resolutions, and engaging with central finance when needed.
• Collaborate with central finance to align regional and organizational objectives.
• Responsible for analysis, controls, and standard reporting on actuals versus BU/FC, and prepare specific business cases as required.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and communication across territories to enhance team collaboration and performance.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining effective cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven, with the ability to explain trends and scenarios through clear, cause-and-effect communication.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, adept at delivering impactful presentations and aligning teams.
