Repair And Maintenance Technician Level 1

Job Overview: As a Repair and Maintenance Technician of level 1, you will be responsible for fixing the repair and maintenance jobs within the organization as assigned. You will be required to provide due support to ensure that all equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. Your role will involve carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Salary: 45k to 48k annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely repairs and preventive maintenance tasks within deadlines and as per quality standards including electrical, plumbing and mechanical.
  • Prioritize repair and maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety concerns, and operational needs.
  • Also perform power lawn work and landscaping, trimming hedges, applying fertilizer, maintenance of bushes and other general maintenance work, you may also work with an arborist identify dangerous trees and limbs.
  • Must know how to Operate the Power washer machinery and deep cleaning the surfaces, drive way, sliding, window cleaning, as well as buffing floor when required. Apply detergent safely as needed
  • Establish maintenance schedules for routine inspections, lubrication, calibration, and other preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Follow compliance rules with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards as per guidelines.

Job Types:

Must ability to do other handyman repairs plumbing, minor mechanical work and carpenter job and following tasks including Also perform power lawn work and landscaping, washing and deep cleaning as well as buffing floor when required.

Plumbing: A General plumbing work such as fixing a clogged drain to replace toilets or sinks, make some new small connections, repair and maintenance

Electrical: General electrical work such as change outlets, replacing any interior or exterior lighting, do the small connection with cord.

Fuel: Ability to work on pump related work such as changing nozzles or doing maintenance on the spill buckets.
