Job Description:

We are seeking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Keeping up to date with the latest watch models from the brands we carry
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately
• Assist inventory management in an efficient manner
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• Previous retail / customer service experience, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred
• Eager to learn and have enthusiasm for luxury watch brands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• 5-day work week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,800.00 per month
