• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
• Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
• Is knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise
• Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
• Advise customers of the benefits of the Privilege Card program
• Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
• Elevate the Shopping Experience
• Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide assistance and drive sales
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell items
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Multitask between assisting customers and completing operational tasks

Requirements
- Strong selling skills with a proven track record
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales and technology products
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
