About the Team
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.- Deeply understand LIVE campaigns scenario, responsible for campaign platform building, coordinating the entire project process, providing practical solutions, promoting tool empowerment, and improving overall operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for live streaming, video, and social platforms to join us in 2025. As a graduate, you will be responsible for enhancing TikTok’s live streaming experience, iterating on interactive features, and optimizing monetization strategies. Your work will directly impact engagement, revenue, and user experience in one of the fastest-growing entertainment ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance live streaming features – Iterate on TikTok’s live streaming features and gameplay mechanics to improve engagement and interactivity.
  • Optimize gift ranking & recommendation strategies – Improve the ranking and recommendation logic for in-stream gifting to maximize engagement and revenue.
  • Build new gifting scenarios – Develop innovative gifting experiences for streamers and their core fans, deepening user interaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage data-driven insights – Utilize data analytics to define key metrics, track feature performance, and refine strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, mathematics, information science, or statistics preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong logical thinking, abstraction ability, and data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders on product strategies.
  • Ability to multi-task, with good communication skills and cooperation awareness.
  • Deep understanding of live streaming engagement mechanics and monetization strategies.
  • Final year or recent graduate with a background in computer science, mathematics, information science, or statistics major. Candidates who graduate by August 2025 will be prioritized.
