Sales Development Representative Work with an Australian Client!

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling Proactively reach out to Australian businesses, introduce our services, and generate quality leads.
  • Prospecting & Research Identify key decision-makers, source accurate contact details, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Outbound Sales Outreach Conduct strategic calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to drive interest and book meetings.
  • CRM Management Keep records accurate, track interactions, and maintain an organised sales database.
  • Administrative Support Handle scheduling, client follow-ups, data entry, and reporting.
  • Answering Company Phones Provide professional customer service, directing calls and handling inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to optimise processes and improve conversion rates.

What Were Looking For:

  • Exceptional English Communication Fluent, professional, and persuasive verbal and written skills.
  • Proven Sales Experience At least 2 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Cold Calling Confidence Comfortable engaging prospects, handling objections, and driving conversions.
  • Strong Research & Sourcing Skills Ability to find and qualify potential clients using various tools.
  • CRM & Tech Proficiency Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Professional & Customer-Focused A polished and friendly approach when speaking with clients and answering calls.
