Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to support the Marketing Operations team with process optimization, forecasting, and performance analytics. This role will be instrumental in designing scalable marketing workflows, developing insights through Power BI dashboards, and enhancing collaboration between marketing, sales, and finance.
This role is based from our Ulm, Germany office, our Oslo, Norway office, or remotely within Germany.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Design and continuously improve campaign workflows and operational processes for marketing execution.
  • Optimize lead management, scoring models, and marketing-to-sales handovers to improve velocity and conversion.
  • Partner with finance and marketing leadership to track budgets, monitor spend efficiency, and provide variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment in processes and reporting.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytical positions, preferably within marketing operations.
  • Strong analytical skills required with a preference for expertise with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding of B2B lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and pipeline attribution.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience working with google analytics and other Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required
  • Can-do attitude and detail oriented approach
