Senior Software Developer Within Fullstack

As a software developer within fullstack at Sigma Industry Development, you will:

• Develop Front-end solutions which are cross-browser compatibility in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript using React framework
• Create Back-end solutions using server-side scripting languages like Node.js
• Create and maintain Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• Deploy, maintain and host serverless AWS Lambdas
• Maintain a qualitative version control for source code management in Git
• Use Development Tools such as Development Environments (IDEs), package managers (e.g., npm) and task runners and build tools (e.g., Webpack)
• Test and debug via unit testing and test-driven development, including debugging tools and techniques
• Have a solid knowledge of common security practices and vulnerabilities, but also implementation of secure coding practices

Meritorious:

• Experience of teaching in computer science related subjects
• Experience in working in the automotive industry

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• B.Sc. or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Know-How

• At least five (5) years professional experience within Programming Languages - Proficiency in languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js and others
• Version Control - Using Git and GitLab
• Algorithmic Thinking - Creating efficient algorithms to solve various computational problems
• Software Design Patterns - Understanding and application of common design patterns to create scalable and maintainable code
• Quality Assurance - Skill in defining and conducting unit tests to ensure software quality
• Agile Methodologies - Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban for efficient project management

Linguistics

• Swedish and English (spoken and written)
