SharePoint Support Lead

Your mission

As SharePoint Support Lead, you’ll ensure the optimal functionality, availability, and user experience of our SharePoint platform. You will lead a team of internal and external resources, aligning business needs with IT policies. A key focus will be on enabling a smooth transition to SharePoint Online while supporting both maintenance and development activities

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as a liaison between the support coordinator and the team, integrating business requirements with IT strategies.
• Collaborating with governance teams to enhance SharePoint services and functionality.
• Overseeing support processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business goals.
• Resolving support-related issues efficiently to maintain seamless service operations.
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date support documentation.

Your profile

You are a problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a global environment. You are structured, proactive, and thrive in collaborative settings.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience with global SharePoint environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-specific technologies (e.g., Search, Metadata, and User Profile Service).
• Experience in team leadership and project management
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps.
• ITIL v4 certification is an advantage.

Location

This position will be located in an Epiroc IT hub in: Örebro, Stockholm (Sweden) or Prague (Czech Republic). For the right candidate we may consider remote placement in connection to another European Epiroc office.
