Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery to our customers worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & Process Shipments: Generate packing lists, invoices, air waybills (AWBs), and all required customs documentation to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate Couriers & Freight Forwarders: Book collections with major carriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.) and request quotes for high-value shipments.
  • Order Fulfillment & Tracking: Pick, pack, and label products accurately while tracking inbound and outbound shipments, keeping customers informed of any delays.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Conduct monthly stock counts, receive and store deliveries in compliance with temperature requirements, and ensure stock levels of packaging and consumables.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all products are labeled, packaged correctly, and handled safely following ISO and health & safety regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in maintaining a smooth shipping workflow by resolving queries, escalating issues as needed, and keeping accurate records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential)

  • Additional education or experience in business logistics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Previous experience in the life sciences industry or an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
  • Experience in sales order processing, export fulfillment, or logistics preferred.
