Showroom Host/Hostess/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and data entry.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
• Assist with basic office tasks to support other team members as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Skills

• Previous experience in a design environment or similar office setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
