To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Asset Integration team.

‍ About The Role:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a vital role in integrating flexible energy assets into the electricity grid. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering projects that maximize both monetary and societal value from our energy assets.

You will work closely with Integration Engineers, as well as teams from our Commercial, Asset Development, and Trading domains, ensuring seamless execution of integration projects. Your responsibilities will include defining project timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that goals are met with high quality and efficiency.

This position may involve occasional site visits at different project stages. It is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, energy and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate projects related to the integration of flexible energy assets, such as battery storage, solar and wind, into the electricity grid
• Define project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables
• Work closely with Integration Engineers, battery suppliers, and external contractors to optimize technical integration and asset performance
• Conduct site visits when needed to oversee implementation progress
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, energy consultancy, or a related field
• A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• A structured and analytical approach, equipped with problem-solving skills and technical expertise to navigate complex challenges
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written
• A degree in engineering, energy, or another relevant field

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
