We are a property management company creating educational and vlog-style content about real estate and property management. Our goal is to provide valuable insights while keeping our audience engaged.

This role will initially focus on the property management business, but there is potential to work on content for a clothing brand as well, as we own multiple businesses.

Your Role

As our video editor, you will be responsible for:

• Editing 4 long-form YouTube videos per month
• Designing 4 custom thumbnails for each video
• Creating 8-16 short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikToks) from the long-form content
• Writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions for YouTube videos
• Ensuring videos are well-paced, engaging, and optimized for YouTube
• Applying captions, transitions, and graphics to enhance content

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing for YouTube or social media
• Strong skills in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Ability to create eye-catching thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva
• Understanding of YouTube best practices, pacing, and engagement strategies
• Experience with SEO optimization for YouTube, including keyword research, titles, and descriptions
• Must be responsive from 9 AM to 5 PM EST for communication
• Reliable internet connection
• Must have a portfolio of past video work and thumbnails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,200.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
