What's exciting about the role

As a Deployment Warehouse Operator at Verifone, you will perform a variety of warehouse related tasks and material handling duties to meet production schedules and ensure orders & parts are properly shipped and within SLA. You will be managing 3 different country owned stock within the same warehouse space. The work consists of tasks such as inventory counts, picking, order handling, shipping, email management, receiving and inspections of goods among other duties within Field Operations.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end feasibility for any non-standard customer solution regarding:

• Deliver in accordance to work order
• Deliver within SLA
• Booking and creating shipments
• Receive repaired units for different countries
• RMA handling
• Achieve daily SLA targets
• Replenishment of materials (physically and administratively)
• Inventory counts
• Email and case handling
• Registration and verification in Oracle/Amdocs/Visma/Starting Point
• Control of received goods
• Labelling and recording warehouse entries
• Ensuring that the physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving, inspection, storage and fulfilment of material requests are completed accurately
• Replenishment of materials to production team
• Ensure cycle count accuracy

Skills and Experience we desire

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Valid forklift license/certification required
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and efficient work approach
• Technical aptitude and interest
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Capable of performing well under pressure
• Effective communication skills
• Accountability for meeting deadlines and responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of Excel or other Office tools
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
