In our Business Adoption Consulting team, we are looking for Graduates across Ōtautahi/Christchurch.

Our team works with organisations undergoing transformation programmes.

We help our clients achieve ‘sustained outcomes’ from transformational change by enabling the change to be people-centric, for business processes to be designed with the users' needs front and centre, and by equipping and empowering their people to adopt new ways of working.

We also help our clients build their own internal change capability to enhance business adoption.
