What You Will Do:Our 10-week paid internship program is designed to align with your interests and skillsets, providing you with a unique opportunity to grow professionally. We want you to spend your summer doing something you love at a company you are proud to work for. Here is what you can expect as an intern:Financial Analysis: Dive into real-world financial challenges and contribute to our financial strategies and decision-making processes.Collaborative Projects: Work on cross-functional projects with teams across the organization, gaining exposure to various aspects of finance.Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to assess the performance of financial initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.Mentorship: Benefit from one-on-one mentoring to guide your professional growth and development.Professional Networking: Connect with professionals across different departments and gain insights from a diverse group of experts.Business Acumen: Develop a strong understanding of financial operations within our industry.Internship Responsibilities May Include:Financial Data Management: Assist in the collection and organization of financial data for analysis.Financial Modeling: Create and update financial models to support decision-making.Report Generation: Generate financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Market Research: Conduct research to identify financial market trends and insights.Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.Qualifications:Currently a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship (graduating seniors, this one's not for you).Understanding of financial principles and practices.Knowledge of Excel and financial modeling toolsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management.A curious and self-motivated nature, able to navigate through complex financial data.We Value Diversity:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
