You will support customers through every step of their journey when travelling with Air France-KLM. You will be making reservations, answering questions, providing after sales service and support for members of the loyalty program, Flying Blue. As a leading airline, loyalty program the service you provide to their most valued customers is key to their success. You will provide excellent service to its customers via multi channels interaction via the telephone, email, chat and social networks.

You are passionate helping and delighting your customers
You are fluent in Japanese or Korean or French (both written and spoken)
PC literate, Office 365, (Salesforce CRM experience is a plus)
Flexibility on roster work including weekends (Monday to Friday between 8am-9pm, weekend between 10am-7:30pm), hours can be changed due to business need.
Organised, flexible, collaborative, adaptable to change, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and diverse environment
Student Visa's may apply - requirement to complete 3-4 weeks full time training
