• • As a business analyst with digital and data expertise, you will be providing quality assurance, training, best practices, and solutions that enable process efficiency, automation, and data driven decisions.
  • Hand-on in the design, configuration, and training of various low-code/no-code solutions
  • Design and implement complex Power BI data visualizations
  • Design & implement solutions based on business rules and requirements
  • Support implemented solutions by conducting root cause analysis on issues and corrective actions.
  • Clearly document solution, complete testing, and maintain documentation for existing and future products.
  • Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
  • Analyzes maps and communicates current state and future state business processes.
  • Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and business analysis standards & practices.
  • Other areas of support within Central Operations

• Expertise in PowerBI and large/variable data sets
• Experience in SQL
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Desired Skills

• Experience in Technologies including Power Automate, and Alteryx
• Insurance experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)
  with 4 – 8 years or related experience.
