8-Week Finance Immersion Internship

Our 8-Week Finance Immersion Internship is created for undergraduates who want practical exposure to the financial services industry beyond textbooks and lectures.

Throughout the program, interns will experience a blend of mentorship, guided field exposure, and structured learning designed to provide insights into financial planning, wealth management, client engagement, and business development within a real working environment.

Participants will also gain broader exposure to market outlooks, investment-related discussions, and evolving economic trends through sessions and interactions with industry practitioners and fund management partners we work alongside.

This internship is intended for individuals who are motivated, open to learning, and looking to grow both personally and professionally through real-world experiences.

What Interns Will Be Exposed To

• Observation and shadowing of real-world client engagement and professional activities
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced practitioners
• Exposure to financial planning, wealth advisory, and business development concepts
• Development of communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Understanding how professionals build credibility, relationships, and long-term client trust

Interns will also gain exposure to:

• Discussions surrounding market outlooks and investment perspectives
• Practical conversations on current economic conditions and opportunities
• Interactions with fund managers and industry professionals we collaborate with
• Structured learning pathways and industry-recognised certifications that provide an early foundation within the financial services sector

You’ll also be exposed to perspectives associated with firms such as JP Morgan, Eastspring Investments, and Allianz.

• Comfortable stepping outside of their comfort zone

No prior background in finance is required.
