Accommodation Manager

Ridge Daisy Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Accommodation and Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations of a multi-purpose accommodation facility located in Uralla. The facility comprises both holiday cabins and long-term residential units.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accommodation services, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining property operations, supervising staff, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance guest and resident satisfaction. The role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in the operational, financial, and human resource aspects of the business. It is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key duties include:

· Coordinating accommodation bookings and managing occupancy

· Supervising cleaning, maintenance, and front-desk operations

· Overseeing budgets, financial records, and staff rosters

· Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

· Responding promptly and professionally to guest/resident feedback and concerns

· Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality standards

5. Required Skills and Qualifications:

· A relevant qualification or several years of relevant experience a comparable role

· Proven leadership and managerial experience in a similar role

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and customer service operations effectively

· Proficiency in using accommodation management systems and Microsoft Office suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $76,515.00 per year
