Accommodation Manager - Remote

Introduction:
We’re looking for an Accommodation Manager to take charge of our workforce housing and lodgings, while also stepping up as Relief Site Manager on weekends. This is a role with variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference.

With a 8 days on / 6 days off roster, you’ll enjoy plenty of downtime to recharge — while your time onsite will be busy, rewarding, and full of variety

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping workforce housed and happy – oversee external accommodation, from readiness and cleanliness to room allocations and records.

Being the go-to person on weekends – as Relief Site Manager, you’ll keep the Village running smoothly, ensuring safety and compliance.
Making sure standards stay high – through regular cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and clear reporting.
