Role Profile

The primary goal is to consistently meet and surpass sales targets for Performance Films in the region, establishing Eastman as the top choice among customers. Achieving this requires a commitment to travel over 50%, demonstrating dedication to building strong relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and grow regional dealer/distributor accounts with clear growth plans.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies for automotive & architectural window film and Paint Protection Film.
  • Collaborate with dealers/distributors and marketing on joint sales campaigns.
  • Build relationships with influencers (OEMs, technical experts, architects, property/facility managers).
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support inside sales for maximum brand potential in the region.
  • Complete tasks from the Regional Sales Manager, contributing to long-term Performance Films growth in Ontario.
  • Use curiosity and discovery to understand partner goals and offer solutions.
  • Help design compelling deals and value propositions; work with cross-functional teams on new offers.
  • Serve as the main contact for dealers/distributors, ensuring excellent service for all customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5–10 years of commercial sales experience
  • Strong sales methodology, tools, and CRM proficiency
  • Experience in strategic market development
