About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive growth and client success for Whizara, which connects students with high-quality educators. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their goals while maximizing the value and impact of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and build long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and support teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.
- Analyze account performance and key metrics to identify risks, growth opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Lead client communications, including presentations, proposals, performance reports, and regular check-ins.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal initiatives to maximize account value.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in technology, EdTech, or service-based industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven in approach to account management.
- Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools, and account analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
