We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our platform can elevate their ticketing operations.

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, from event organizers to venues.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of the Showslinger ticketing platform to prospective clients.
- Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns that drive sales leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through closing deals to onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Attend events and industry conferences to network and promote the Showslinger brand.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the ticketing, events, or technology sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Passion for live events and the entertainment industry is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

  • Commission
  • Performance bonus

Work Location: Remote
