Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our client in the digital advertising field. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering measurable results in the dynamic digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and campaign updates to keep clients informed.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance, address issues, and implement adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Strategic Development
- Develop and present comprehensive campaign strategies tailored to clients’ objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance client success.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising tools.
- Project Management
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and workflow.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Provide clients with detailed performance reports and key metrics analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, preferably in a digital advertising environment.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic tools).
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical and Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, project management software (Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
- Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Soft Skills
- A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
