Account Service Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, fostering business relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic communication and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management. As an integral part of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce, marketing, and technical sales to deliver exceptional service and expand our client base.

Duties

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for business development and new client acquisition
  • Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products or services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing strategies and technical solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize mutual value
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Lead or participate in sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for building lasting client relationships
  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management within technology or related industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to technical sales environments
  • Ability to conduct warm calling effectively to generate new leads and maintain client engagement
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
