Key Responsibilities
1. Grant Cost Tracking & Administration
Track and monitor AI-related expenditure across entities using designated cost centers
Ensure accurate classification, allocation, and reconciliation of grant costs
Support the setup and maintenance of grant-related cost tracking processes
2. Grant Claims & Submission
Prepare and submit grant claims in line with funding requirements and timelines
Consolidate supporting documentation across Business Lines, including payroll, vendor invoices, and program costs
Ensure all submissions comply with qualifying criteria and grant conditions
3. Compliance & Audit Support
Maintain proper documentation to support audit and verification requirements
Coordinate with internal and external auditors on grant-related audits
Ensure adherence to grant conditions, including reporting, usage restrictions, and submission timelines
4. Reporting & Monitoring
Prepare regular updates on grant utilization, claims submitted, and claim status
Track KPIs and cost eligibility to support successful grant claims
Flag risks or gaps in documentation and funding compliance
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Group Strategy, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure completeness of submissions
Support Business Lines in understanding grant requirements and documentation standards
Assist in liaising with funding agencies (ESG) where required
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, project accounting, or grant management
Experience supporting government grants (e.g. ESG, EDB) is preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Good understanding of cost tracking and audit requirements
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
Proficient in Excel; exposure to SAP/S4 or OneStream is an advantage
