Accountant

Good People Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial statements, budgeting, and ensuring efficient financial operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s financial health and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Statement Preparation
Budgeting & Forecasting
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
General Ledger Maintenance
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Tax Preparation & Planning
Bookkeeping

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required))
years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Excel, & Googlesheet)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
