Rate or Salary range: $7/hour

Description/information:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial record-keeping, ensuring accurate tracking of income, and expenses in financial systems.
• Prepare financial reports, assist with audits, analyze data for trends and cost reduction opportunities, and process chargebacks and bad checks.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash position management, ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, and sufficient funds for obligations.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software Quickbooks, Appfolio, and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
