Accountant (5 Days)

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, and cash flow forecasts
• Reconcile daily sales data from POS systems and ensure accuracy
• Oversee supplier invoicing, payments, and vendor reconciliations
• Monitor COGS, inventory movements, and cost controls across outlets
• Handle GST filings, statutory submissions, and audit support
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Work closely with outlet managers and internal teams to ensure timely financial inputs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within F&B or hospitality
• Hands-on experience using Xero accounting software
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
