Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with solid experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing accounting processes related to property transactions and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Proven experience in the real estate industry is required
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial reporting for developers or property management firms
• Knowledge of real estate taxation and compliance
