Accountant (Full Set)

Located at Tanjong Pagar

Office hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including entries in accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger as well as cashflow management.

• Prepare payments to vendors through bank portal and liaise with bank as needed

• Perform month-end closing including year-end closing procedure as well as financial statements preparation

• Prepare and analyze financial reports

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

• Support project teams with procurement processes and project budget monitoring

• Provide guidance on accounting principles and procedures to Operation Team and Management

• Support external audits and coordinate with auditors as needed

• Liaise with tax agent on quarterly GST filings and yearly corporate tax submissions

• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Diploma holder is also welcome to apply.

• 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Adept at working with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy
