Accountant (Russian Language Knowledge)

Premier private jet charter company “Executive Aviation Corporation” is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with knowledge of both English and Russian to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Record and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly accounted for
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports in accordance with legal and corporate standards
• Monitor expenses, review payroll calculations, and other financial data
• Maintain and update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and efficiency
• Manage import/export transactions and tax compliance
• Handle general accounting operations

Requirements:

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Good analytical skills and numerical accuracy
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Experience with general ledger functions
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
