Accountant (Singapore Entity)

Responsibilities:

• Independently handle full set of accounts for the Singapore entity, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Ensure accounting records comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS tax requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and assist in audit and tax filing.
• Manage vendor payments, staff claims, invoice verification, and expense classification.
• Coordinate with the Group Finance team on intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
• Maintain the accuracy of accounting records, vouchers, and financial system data.
• Responsible for GST submission and other statutory filings.
• Use NetSuite for accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Participate in financial process improvement and system enhancement projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in Singapore; prior experience in technology, FinTech, or SaaS industries is an advantage.
• Familiar with SFRS, GST filing, corporate income tax computation, and ACRA/IRAS submission procedures.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (required) and Excel.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• High level of integrity and good team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
