Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Accountant to support the day-to-day finance operations of our Singapore entity. This role works closely with the regional Finance Lead (based in Shanghai) and focuses on execution, coordination, and ensuring smooth financial operations locally.

This is an ideal role for someone who prefers a structured, execution-focused position with clear processes and cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Assist in billing and follow up on receivables where required
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries
• Support cashflow tracking and preparation of basic financial data
• Work closely with the Finance Lead to execute finance-related tasks and ensure alignment with group practices
• Assist with finance-related coordination tasks when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Familiar with Singapore accounting practices and basic compliance requirements (e.g. GST)
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate with regional stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow structured processes
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-border teams
• Comfortable working in a small team environment

Compensation & Work Arrangement

We offer flexible engagement options depending on candidate preference:

• Full-time: SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,000 per month
• Part-time / Contract (2 days per week): SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,200 per month

This role is fully remote, with no requirement to be physically present in an office. All work can be performed from home, with regular coordination with the regional Finance Lead.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and level of independence.
