Description

Trans-Care Ambulance is growing and looking to add to our Accounting team! We currently have an opening for a Bookkeeper/Accountant role. This role will be located at our corporate office in Terre Haute, Indiana and will have exposure to Trans-Care's management team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of financial acumen and accounting principles.

Responsibilities for this position will be tailored to the experience and education of the hire but will include:

• Reconciliations

• Accounts Receivables

• Data entry

• Familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Prior relevant work experience or Accounting degree

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet

• Attention to detail is a must

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks, if offered employment

• Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
