Accountants

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor for an international company. Candidates must possess a strong background in US GAAP and transactional accounting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can oversee accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and lead a team of accounting specialists in a high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with US GAAP and transactional accounting processes
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
• Open to a full return-to-office (RTO) setup and willing to work a night shift schedule
• With active passport and open for training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting functions, with a strong focus on transactional accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), internal policies, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Review and analyze financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Prepare, interpret, and present financial reports and insights to management
• Develop, implement, and monitor accounting procedures and internal controls
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for accounting team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support organizational goals and initiatives
• Assist in internal and external audits, as well as other financial reviews
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or issues in accounting records
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
