Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Major Tasks
• Verification of Invoice or DR issued by suppliers
• Disbursement voucher and cheque preparation
• Releasing and filing of checks
• Process account payables for all other expenses
• Encoding of receipts
• Petty Cash Fund (PCF) and PRF disbursement
• Preparation of all BIR reportorial requirements (1601EQ, VAT, Inventory List, etc.)
• Issuance of 2307
• Process VAT relief reports 2550M/Q, Alpha list attachment 1601EQ & Income Tax Return (ITR)
• Responsible on handling and processing permits and licenses reports
• Updates Columnar books
• Accountable for compliance monitoring
• Do policies and procedures write up and implementation
• Deposit Cash sales and monitoring of sales
• Minor Task
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
