Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue payments to vendors.
• Generate and send out invoices to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections.
• Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal departments and external parties.
• File and organize financial documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
