Accounting Assistant (A/R Entry Level)

The Accounts Receivable Representative on the Collections Team is responsible for following up on pending payments and verifying invoice statuses. This role involves email and phone interactions with clients or debtors, requiring excellent customer service skills to inquire about payment statuses and address any delays. The representative must be vigilant in reporting non-conformities, irregularities, or unresponsive clients to supervisors for further action.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collecting and tracking payments and overdue invoices.
  • Ensuring payments are applied correctly to various clients and accounts.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the weekly collections treatment plan.
  • Reviewing and posting daily payment updates in team communications.
  • Resolving and redirecting issues related to paperwork and remittances.
  • Accessing systems (e.g., NetSuite and team platforms) to verify invoice statuses.
  • Responding to requests or emails for invoice copies.
  • Maintaining active communication with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
